After a service is completed, the post-service flow helps you collect feedback, receive tips, and encourage repeat bookings automatically. This process is seamless for the booker and requires no manual follow-up from you.
What Happens After a Service Is Completed
Step 1: Rating and Review Prompt
Once the service is marked as completed:
The booker is automatically prompted to leave a rating (1–5 stars).
They are also asked to submit a written review about their experience.
After submitting the rating and review, they click Continue.
This helps build trust, credibility, and social proof on your profile.
Step 2: Tip Prompt
After the review is submitted, the booker is shown a tipping screen with the message:
“Show your appreciation for the service you received.”
They can choose to send a tip using preset options:
$25
$50
$100
Custom tip amount - your client can enter a custom amount.
Once a tip amount is selected, the booker clicks Continue.
Step 3: Book Again Prompt
In the final step, the booker is asked if they would like to book another session with you.
They can either:
Complete the process, or
Click Book Again
If they choose Book Again, they are immediately taken to your scheduling flow to:
Select a new date and time
Confirm and book another session
