SMS notifications make it easy to stay on top of new bookings, cancellations, messages, and key updates—directly on your phone. This guide shows you how to turn on text notifications for your entire account or customize them per service.
Step 1: Add Your Mobile Phone Number
Go to Settings
Open Account Settings
Enter your mobile phone number
Changes are saved automatically
Your number must be added before SMS notifications can be enabled.
Step 2: Enable SMS Notifications (Global Setting)
Go to Settings → Notification Settings
You’ll see your phone number displayed
Toggle SMS Notifications ON
Select the types of notifications you want to receive
These settings apply across your entire account for all services and appointments.
Step 3: Adjust SMS Notifications at the Service Level (Optional)
If you want different notification preferences for specific services:
Edit or create a service
During setup, go to the Notifications step
Toggle Email and SMS notifications ON or OFF for that specific service
This is especially helpful if you are:
Getting a high volume of bookings
Want SMS only for certain services
Prefer email notifications for others
