Notifications for Booking Updates
Changes, Cancellations, and Reschedules
Any time a booking is updated:
Cancellation
Reschedule request
Confirmed reschedule
Both the service provider and the booker are notified through:

Reminder Notifications Before the Service
One-Hour Reminder
To help prevent missed appointments:
A reminder is sent one hour before the booking start time
Reminders are sent to both the service provider and the booker
How SMS Notifications Work for Bookers
Phone Number Prompt at Checkout
During booking confirmation, the booker is prompted to enter their mobile number
This step is optional, not required
If a phone number is provided:
The booker receives SMS notifications
SMS reminders are sent in addition to email notifications
If no phone number is entered, notifications are sent by email only.
