NEW: How to Use the AI Schedule Assistant and Copy Work Hours to Multiple Days

Learn how to use the new AI Schedule Assistant and copy work hours across multiple days. Generate availability using natural language, apply schedules in one click, and manage service availability faster and more efficiently than ever.

We’ve added two powerful tools to make scheduling faster and easier:

  1. AI Schedule Assistant – generate your availability using natural language

  2. Copy Work Hours – apply the same availability to multiple days in one click

Both features are available when setting up or editing a service schedule.


Getting to the Schedule Tab

Step 1: Log In and Open a Service

  • Log in to your account.

  • From the dashboard:

    • Click Add New to create a service, or

    • Hover over an existing service, click the three-dot (⋯) menu, and select Edit.


Step 2: Go to the Schedule Tab

  • Inside the service editor, open the Schedule tab.

  • This is where you manage your weekly availability.


Using the AI Schedule Assistant

Step 3: Open the AI Schedule Assistant

  • At the top of the Schedule tab, find AI Schedule Assistant.

  • Click Try it out.


Step 4: Describe Your Availability

  • An overlay opens with a text field.

  • Describe your work hours in natural language.

Example:
“I work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM.”


Step 5: Generate Your Schedule

  • Click Generate Schedule.

  • The AI assistant automatically creates your availability for that service.


Copying Work Hours to Multiple Days

Step 6: Select a Day

  • Below the AI Schedule Assistant section, you’ll see each day of the week.

  • Check the box next to a day to reveal its start and end time dropdowns.

  • Set the working hours for that day.


Step 7: Copy Hours to Other Days

  • Click the copy icon at the top of that day’s section.

  • A dropdown menu appears with checkbox options:

    • Apply to all days, or

    • Select specific days you want to copy the hours to

  • Click Apply.

The selected days will now use the same working hours.


Step 8: Save Changes

  • Click Save Changes to apply your schedule.

Your availability is now set using AI, copied across days, or both.
