Packages let you bundle hours or sessions into discounted offers, helping you increase commitment and upfront revenue. Packages are available for online and in-person services and are shown during checkout and on your public profile.
Note: Like add-ons, packages are currently tied to a specific service and cannot be purchased on their own. We are planning on making Packages available separately on your profile or services pages in the near future.
Step-by-Step Guide: Adding Packages to a Service
Step 1: Log In and Select a Service
Log in to your account.
From the dashboard:
Hover over an existing online or in-person service
Click the three-dot (⋯) menu
Select Edit
OR
Click Add New
Choose Online Service or In-Person Service
Continue through the setup wizard
Step 2: Go to the Add-Ons Step
In the service setup or edit wizard, navigate to Step 5: Add-Ons.
You’ll see two sections:
Add-Ons
Packages
For this article, we'll focus on Packages.
Step 3: Create a Package
On the Packages side, click Create Package.
A package setup overlay will open.
Step 4: Enter Package Details
Fill in the following fields:
Package Title
Example: Buy 5 Sessions, Get 1 Free or 6-Hour Coaching PackageDescription
Add up to 1,000 characters describing what’s included and the value of the package.Package Cover Image
Upload your own image or use our AI image generator.
Step 5: Set Package Hours and Pricing
Enter the number of hours or sessions included in the package.
The system automatically:
Uses your service’s hourly rate
Calculates the standard package price
Step 6: Apply a Discount
You have two pricing options:
Option 1: Percentage Discount
Enter a discount percentage (e.g., 20%).
The discounted package price is calculated automatically.
Example:
4 hours × $150/hour = $600
20% discount → $480 package price
Effective rate → $120/hour
Option 2: Custom Package Price
Enter a final package price (e.g., $500).
The system calculates:
The effective discount percentage
The discounted hourly rate
Example:
$500 package → 17% discount
Effective rate → $125/hour
All calculations are shown clearly so you understand the value you’re offering.
Step 7: Save the Package
Click Create Package.
If editing a service, click Save Changes.
If creating a new service, click Next to continue.
Your package is now live.
How Packages Appear to Clients
Packages are shown:
During checkout
On your public service page so the Booker knows it is available
Clients can purchase packages as part of booking the service
Packages encourage longer-term engagement and upfront commitment
Summary
