Advance Notice: How to Prevent Last-Minute Bookings

You can now set a minimum advance notice for new bookings.

Updated this week

What Is Advance Notice?

With Advance Notice, you decide how much time you need between β€œnow” and the next available booking. This gives you greater control over your schedule, helps reduce last-minute requests, and ensures you have enough time to prepare, travel, or manage your day effectively.

Example: If you set an advance notice of 4 hours, clients will only be able to book appointments starting four hours from "now" and beyond. Any earlier time slots will be unavailable for booking.

Set the advance notice that works for you and your calendar will automatically enforce it, so your availability always reflects your real-world schedule.
