Connecting your calendar ensures new bookings respect your real availability and are automatically added to the calendar you use every day. Once connected, Bookme will check for scheduling conflicts and keep your events in sync. No manual updates required.
Step-by-Step Guide: Connecting Your Calendar
Step 1: Open Settings
Log in to your account.
From the left navigation menu, click Settings.
Step 2: Go to “Connect Calendars”
Inside Settings, click on the Connect Calendars tab.
This is where you manage all calendar integrations.
Step 3: Choose a Calendar to Connect
You can connect one or multiple calendars. Supported options include:
Google Calendar
Apple iCloud Calendar
Microsoft Outlook Calendar
Click the Connect button under the calendar you want to add.
Step 4: Complete the Connection
A pop-up window will open.
Follow the on-screen steps to authorize access.
Click Continue.
Once completed, the window will close automatically and your calendar(s) will appear in the list.
Step 5: Select Calendars to Check for Conflicts
After connecting, all your calendars will be displayed.
Use the checkboxes to select which calendars should be used to check for scheduling conflicts.
You can select one, multiple, or all connected calendars.
Tip: You can connect Google, Apple/iCloud, and Outlook calendars at the same time.
Step 6: Choose a Calendar to Add Events To
At the bottom of the page, select the Calendar to Add Events To.
All new bookings will be automatically posted to this calendar.
The calendars selected above will still be used only for conflict detection.
Step 7: Automatic Saving
There is no save button.
All selections are saved automatically.
You’ll see a confirmation message once your changes are saved.
What Happens After You Connect Your Calendar
Once setup is complete:
All new bookings are checked against your selected calendars to prevent conflicts.
Every booking is automatically added to your chosen calendar.
Your automatically connected and always in control of your schedule.
Your calendar stays synchronized—so you can focus on your work, not on managing conflicts.
