Activating or deactivating a service allows you to quickly control what clients can book—without deleting anything. This is especially useful if you’re traveling, pausing an offering, or temporarily unavailable.
Step-by-Step Guide: Activating or Deactivating a Service
Step 1: Log In and Open Your Dashboard
Log in to your account.
From the dashboard, locate your services and appointments in the center section of the screen.
Step 2: Open the Service Menu (Desktop)
Hover over the service you want to manage.
A three-dot (⋯) menu will appear.
On mobile, It is displayed over the service image
Click the three-dot menu.
Step 3: Switch Service Status
Select Switch to Active or Switch to Inactive, depending on the current status.
If the service is active, switching it to inactive will disable it.
If the service is inactive, switching it to active will make it available again.
The change happens immediately.
What Happens When a Service Is Inactive?
When a service is set to inactive:
It is removed from your public profile
It cannot be booked
It is not available via direct links
This is ideal if:
You’re traveling and want to temporarily stop offering an in-person service
You want to pause bookings without deleting the service
You can reactivate the service at any time.
